dan conner User Info... | Do we haev any psychobillies in victoria? I haven't seen any that I can remember... Psychobilly is awesome.. jsut got a Stray Cats "greatist hits" album from walmart (seems kinda weird, doesnt it?) for like $5... and it is pretty good! It has a bunch of live songs on it... I never heard "Rumble in Brighton" but it now MUST be one of my all time favourites... I am looking for some Demented Are Go stuff for sale... cant find it anywhere! Thanks, Dan Conner - Wed, 21 May 2003 12:39am
Trailer Park Boy Julian | Good question - not that I'm aware of though. There's some cool bands over in Van that do it well, like the Deadcats and Big John Bates. If you like "Psychobilly", and haven't already, check out the Cramps. They are pretty much the originators of the sound and have some great albums (like "Psychedelic Jungle", "Gravest Hits", and "Songs The Lord Taught Us"). - Wed, 21 May 2003 4:58am
The Mad Subwoofer User Info... | Saw the Cramps at the Commodore in like '84 or something. So great...Lux interior, Poison Ivy, they were all in top form. Ivy didn't budge an inch the entire set.Just stood there sneering at the crowd while Lux crooned away. Extreme debauchery that eve.. - Wed, 21 May 2003 5:30am
