Anonymous Michael Bolton doing when a man loves a woman. i was a sucker for the percy sledge version when I was a kid and MB doing it was very clearly offensive. - Tue, 15 Apr 2003 11:45pm
Anonymous Celine Dion (everything she does actually), but she did a song called I'm Calling You or something from some movie. the original was haunting and cool. CD should be overimplanted and sucked dry fast during her stay in vegas orwhatever. - Tue, 15 Apr 2003 11:46pm

Tori Amos also covered Cannibal Corpse's "Stripped, Raped, and Strangled", whoa women's lib meets the most anti women's lib band ever. Keep your heads up, as soon their might be a cover (video/audio) of the mighty Slayer's "Black Magic" played 6000 times faster on the Gross Misconduct webpage. And while I have your attention, the new Vital Remains ("Dechristianize") is killer. Glen Benton from Deicide on vocals, this is the death metal event of the year. Carry on. - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 1:45pm
Anonymous Oi Division covering Janie Jones - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 3:57pm

Ahh, that stupid band....Orgy did a cover, AHHHHHHHHHHHHH DIE NOW!!! - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 6:19pm
Dave What about Mr. French!! Sebastian Cabot did an entire record, spoken-word style, exclusively of Bob Dylan songs - can't get much weirder than that and Pat Boone doing Metal-licka. Oh, also Leonard Nimoy doing "Ruby, Don't take your love to town"...that scared me. - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 6:22pm
Anonymous What the fuck is the deal with "avril levigne"? - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 6:48pm
Anonymous there was this band that did a cover of Eleanor Rigby...they sounded like Orgy, but it wasn't. That was the worst one i've heard. - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 8:06pm
Anonymous The band was called Godhead. - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 11:17pm
Cruiser Hey isn't this timely.. us CFUV metal radio geeks are doing an all-covers show this Sunday 3:30-5pm on the Disciples of Dr. Demento so you'll get to hear some really bad ones there. You haven't lived 'til you've heard Xentrix doing "Ghostbusters"! - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 11:23pm
Cruiser Oh yeah, that Vital Remains is fast as hell.. too bad the songs are like 9 minutes each, bad for radio play. New Aborted CD is my current favourite.. mostly Carcass worshipping though.. and hey they do a Carcass cover ("Carnal Forge") so that even keeps this post on-topic. - Wed, 16 Apr 2003 11:34pm
Anonymous Glades Patches doing duran duran - Thu, 17 Apr 2003 12:14am
