| Jesse | There's a Halloween Metal show in Nanaimo at a bar called Dizzy's on Comercial st. Should be kickass, They have a rad PA, Gallow's End are opening, Then Gross Misconduct, and then after that Seasons of Sorrow are playing, Should be fun... Its all METAL! - Tue, 22 Oct 2002 3:47pm | ||

| S.V. | In Fernwood look for the "Parade of the Dead" rumored to be leaving the square around 6:30....following the parade (come in costume and bring noisemakers) a giant bonfire will commence in Stevenson Park. Follow that up with nightcaps at Thursdays and you have a loverly evening. There is also an awesome pumpkin display "The Pumpkin Yard" taking place on Fernwood Rd. I can't remember the address right now, but I'll post it later. The Pumpkin Yard was held last year in Stevenson Park and it was awesome. These punkins were truly amazing...with everything from the likeness of Bob Marley and Marilyn Monroe to dragons, monsters and modern art. - Tue, 22 Oct 2002 8:22pm | ||

| big mic User Info... | Halloween thursday 0ct 31 SACK BLABBATH Ozzy and black sabbath tribute show at the cambie. There will be tones of prizes for costumes and the band SACK BLABBATH kicks ass they are going to do ozzy sets then some sabbath sets lots of costume changes and props. they opened up for the misery show earlyer in the year(metallica show at the cambie) the show is only $3!!! which means that you still have $ to drink and go to the other halloween shows over the weekend!
