| M*POWER Awards | - For Immediate Release - DEADLINE FOR VOTING THIS WEEK, 2nd Annual M*POWER AWARDS This week is the last chance for Vancouver island music fans to vote for their favourite Island musicians. Fans can vote online at http://www.mpowerawards.com up until 5:00pm this Friday, April 11, 2003. The M*POWERS are Vancouver Island's Independent Music Awards. This year's ceremony will be held Sunday, May 18, 2003 at Legends nightclub in Victoria. The show will feature performances by 15 of Vancouver Island's finest acts and will be hosted by Maple Blues Guitarist of the Year David Gogo and SHAW TV's David Lennam.
