| Deitrosity User Info... | Sober as a judge,Canada day(ok ok two beers but really over three hours) go into swans to get a bottle of Jager for a friend's wedding reception, come out "gimme" he said. I thought it was a joke so I walked up to talk with this sad excuse for a public servant he repeated "gimme" I was explaining that I had just bought it not 12ft from were we were standing at the time and had no intention of opening it until much later and that I was leaving the downtown core. He was by himself no partner."gimme"(like kindergarten seriously,I couldn't believe it) I asked him why he had to take it and without further adew I was Maced in the Face and the bottle (close to 40 bones)was snatched! I immediately called for help and some bro's took me to the bathroom of the bar for dillution.By this time I was completely blind and felt very ill. Anyways wtf. If you cant soberly and with legal ID being of age buy from this establishment then why have it open. And this particular cop was seen patrolling beer and wine stores all night after this,I was watching. Not to give all cops a schlagging cause I ran into some really good ones,the best in fact. | Bounce User Info... | i think its pretty bad that he maced you, you had no weapon and were doing no harm, had he done his job properly and checked your bottle to see if it was open , and maybe checked your receipt, even that is an invasion of privacy....I would sue, that is excesive force, and for what? is there a law that says people can't walk to and from a liquor store to buy alcohol?....pisses me off, power trippers!!! - Thu, 5 Jul 2007 8:03pm | ||

| Deitrosity User Info... | sorry but it seems like he wasn't that bad in the video. He gave him a reason explaining why he was being detained. In my case it was much faster. He must have assumed I was going to crack the bottle immediately drink it all to myself instantly and enter a drunken rage were the public would be in dangered.
