You see, there was this guy who had a problem with shit - literally. This individual would frequent local night clubs, bus terminals, restaurants, etc. and shit all over their washrooms. And I'm not talking your standard shit. This guy would smear his shit all over the can, the floor, the stall doors, the mirror, faucets and anything else he could get his "shitty" hands on to. Now, I've heard that this person may have stopped or was in fact caught. Now that I think about it I haven't seen shit smeared in any local establishment for quite some time. It took us forever to come up with Gross Misconduct... the problem being many of the better names are taken and also due to the fact we didn't want a super "metal" name.
