_Griphin_ User Info... | Well I now have an account there, but it seems you can't make new friends there because people think your being creepy or something. I don't get it, seems rather el1te to me. Anyhow, I'm actually there, though I'd rather hang around cherryTap or MySpace. - Wed, 16 May 2007 12:03pm
Tyler User Info... | I think the point of facebook is to keep track of the people you do know. It used to only be open to those of us in university/college. You should add me though - Tyler Pantella. - Wed, 16 May 2007 12:36pm
dumpstermesh User Info... | Ya I like facebook for getting back in touch with people I haven't talked to in years. But I don't think it's a site for making new friends. I've denied anyone that I didn't know. - Wed, 16 May 2007 3:40pm

Bounce User Info... | Yeah..holy shit is Facebook addictive!......I have only been on it for 5 days and I already have 100 people I either went to school with or know....its crazy...cool to see what people are up to after 15 or so years!....I think its good that there are no advertising or bands ive never heard of on there cause that does get really annoying on myspace after a while!...its a little more intimate!,,,,,,,but hey Griphin..ad me.....Spring Ross! - Wed, 16 May 2007 6:16pm
_Griphin_ User Info... | *nod* Perhaps I'm looking at Facebook the wrong way, I'm too used to cherryTap and MySpace, still, no reason to call me a creep, they could of been more polite. Silly University girls. I've heard that it started between University people and grew from there, according to Wikipedia. - Wed, 16 May 2007 7:16pm

Lord Darkith User Info... | I personally think Facebook is quite lame. Oh hi my name is Moron, I have these hobbies, I like this shitty music and movies, so I must keep bragging to you about who I am because everyone cares due to the population of over 6 billion. Some people will argue that it is a way to keep in touch with friends or find old friends. However that is what a telephone is for, an address book, msn messenger many other things. If you dont have any of these than that friend isn't actually a friend in the first place. To me Facebook is just a place where people can brag. People feel secure that they are popular, that they have friends or this fake superficial little community of so-called associates(mostly preps or jocks). It is like people can't even be real anymore and enjoy there life. People post they've broken up or the mood their in, well who gives a shit, youd think they are as famous as Ozzy Osbourne to be bragging so much about 'feelings' or drama. The point is if your so special, why don't you do something instead of small talk. However I think to me the worst part of Facebook is the total addiction and laziness it causes. Everyday I go into school il look and half of the computers are pointed at Facebook even though there is important work to be done. I mean come on do you really learn anything or get such great accomplishment from listing your relationship status? It is seriously taking away from peoples lives, they would rather have a fake social web of people over actually going out and accomplishing things, who really needs to say thanks to someone when you could just say your sorry online by a few hits of keys? - Wed, 16 May 2007 11:40pm
Bryn User Info... | I guess it depends whether you're using a social site to enhance or replace your real world social life. I find that social networking sites are an easy way to keep in touch with peeps you don't see every day. It would suck if that was your only socializing! - Thu, 17 May 2007 12:28am
trevor corey User Info... | You can brag about yourself on Facebook? ....sign me up! - Thu, 17 May 2007 1:17am
Bounce User Info... | hey Lord Darkith..are you in my class? cause I would have to agree with you, the computers in my class are always on face book too! I agree that it should be left at home....but if they are not there to learn thats their Problem...lol...I like face book because it does allow you to make connections with old friends ect...if you have lost touch with someone over the years then its cool to maybe get thier number and hook up....I'm not sure I agree with the bragging thing, it just alows you to give very basic info about yourself!...it is addicting though!!! - Thu, 17 May 2007 10:12am Edited: Thu, 17 May 2007 10:13am
_Griphin_ User Info... | Hang the DJ: I did a search for Caitlin M and 2 people showed up, who is who?!? Then I cross referenced the photos, that worked! - Thu, 17 May 2007 10:33am Edited: Thu, 17 May 2007 10:41am
Mofo User Info... | ahh crackbook, as I affectionately know it...it is all about old friends moreso than it is meeting new ones, but I think as this thing develops they are going to integrate new ways of meeting people. hopefully anyways. - Thu, 17 May 2007 10:58am
