| gbrainless User Info... | Heard through the grapevine that people have heard about a party at the ratsnest this saturday night. Its been asked if there will be bands playing. The answer is NO!!!! I have asked some friends to come over for a birthday party, thought it might be fun to celebrate the last of my 30's. However word of mouth has gotten out. Let me state for the record: we are having a small party for me (steph), no bands are playing and everyone asked over has been personaly invited by me. I of course do not have all the phone numbers of our friends so I haven't called all the people we know. We are just trying to have a regular party where no strangers will show up expecting bands and none of our personal possesions will be stolen. If there are friends out there that I haven't talked to PHONE ME OR GARY. Hope this simple party doesn't get out of hand, we might just control who comes in. | lonemonk User Info... | Happy Birthday indeed! I saw a ratsnest post a while back, and was appalled at the situation described at that time (the thefts and other discomfort). What disturbs me this time is that such a plea is necessary to be made in public. If you kept your original contact list down to the close level you mentioned, and people STILL were hearing rumours about it? You might still have some less than desirable friend somewhere, or at least someone who can't keep anything quiet.... Find who it is an tell them to smarten up! | Brainless Family User Info... | Thanks for the birthday cheer, I had an awesome party, no door chrashers, however I didn't have time before the party to check this message board, sorry Lance, you would have been more than welcome to show up.
