| Laprider User Info... | I posted about this earlier and here is a follow up...we, the Victoria Songwriters Guild are having a Christmas social on Friday Dec. 15th at the orange Hall. I have been in touch with the single Parent resource center and been given information on a local family in need of assistance who happens to be directly involved in the arts. I am hoping that we can put together a Christmas hamper and am hoping that some musician types whether invloved with the guild or not will help out. It is a single parent household with one 5 year old girl ( this struck me as I have a 5 year old daughter) we are hoping for donations of non perishable food items, toys, stocking stuffers and anything that can help out...gently used toys would be fine too.... The SPRC gave me some other great ideas such as the following. rec center passes thrifty foods or other gift certificates movie passes any gift certificate museum passes books arts and crafts supplies and maybe something nice for mom like some bath stuff.
