| trevor corey User Info... |  Now at first I admit I was rather pissed. But this morning I dropped my car off to get repaired. Three day repair job, much more serious than I woulda thought. Then (not than) I went to the rental lot to pick up my insurance covered rental. Low and behold. a brand new red stallion was at the stable waiting for me. 2006 v-8 Ford Mustang. CAN YOU SAY BALLZ! It happened in the middle of the night, if I had of witnessed the incident I woulda been handing out roundhouse kicks. Too late now to do anything. Catching the perp at this point wouldn't help the situation. As long as they don't do it again. This kinda shit happens. Random, probably alcohal induced, I'm not taking it personal. | trevor corey User Info... |  I just got in from a two am rip out on the highway. You know, the stretch from Tillicum to the Langhole off ramp. Nobody, and I mean nobody else was on the highway. Just me and my roaring pony. This car is an automatic, but it has a center consol 4 speed shift kit, and she redlines at six grand. I put in the Melvins/Jello Biafra disc and got her up to 170km before I couldn't take my eyes off the road to look at the speedo anymore. The adrenyline rush was better than anything I've ever experienced. No drug could give me this kinda rush, not even out on the mainline. This car makes a growling purring roar kinda sound, like grrlllllrrrrraarrll. I know, I know, cars suck, especially V8 gas guzzlers, but,WHOAH, I'm in love. I don't want to give her back. | evilkleg User Info... | V8 gas guzzlers only suck if you are one of those people that don't understand horsepower or performance vehicles. Drive your mustang, Ty, and drive it hard because there will come a day when we will no longer be able to. If they ever introduce "Air Care" here in Victoria we will all be forced to drive Smart Cars. | KILLER User Info... | Well, it's tuesday, and I still have the Mustang. I dug her out of the snow and took her for a rip. This car handles the slippery conditions no problem. Maybe its just my mad drivin skillz. I love watching people dive into snowbanks as I come fishtailing on by, engine roaring, with the rpms at 4 and a half grand. Hehe.
