WHO THE FUCK decices that they really hate their life and little girl's lives to go into a school and hold hostage kids and teachers... than LET GO... teacher and boys and start shooting JUST the girls... girl will grow up to be women... women who can have babies... women who keep the life cycle going.... bahhh... and what is with kids and students getting murdered while at school? I used to feel pretty safe just attending camosun, in canada... though now... after that shit in Quebec... who knows... people are horrible. ALL OF YOU!! j/k I dont understand the logic.. if any ( which i know people have been proven crazy or dead after doing so) in killing students! I also blame how fucking insane that country is, if I lived there i'd probably be very stressed out all the freaking time. | hurtsmyears User Info... | these recent killings are simply a reflection of the patriarchal reality of our society. men have been in positions of power over women for a long time. the means by which that power is used is quite varied, women receive 75 cents on every male dollar, women are vastly over-represented in the participation of double days (working a formal job and returning to do most of the work at home), women are far more likely than men to victims of abuse (physical, emotional, financial, etc), and women are depicted in mass media in demeaning and subservient ways. in a society where all this is permissible (ie. not rejected flat out by all men) then violence of the sort seen in the states last week should be of no surprise. - Mon, 9 Oct 2006 2:48pm | ||

BAAAAAAHHH The problem is we got too many people getting into the wrong line of work, some people have no bussiness doing what they do for a living, and should go flip burgers. | jay brown User Info... | While I agree wholeheartedly that we should bring the death penalty back, you must take note that this sick fucker is american and they have the death penalty in a lot of states and it doesnt stop anyone. There are many issues of killing the wrong person and things like that but in a open and shut case like this one I dont think it should even be a question. I also think it should be like some of the other countires that have the death penalty and it should be fast. No life on death row, just take him out back put a bullet in his head, there you go let the grieving begin. It makes it even worse when these sick fuckers spend the rest of their lives appealing it and live long lives, no justice there at all. You know in china the families learn of the death penalty being carried out because they get sent a bill for the bullet that was used to kill the inmate. The inmate wakes up every morning waiting for a guard to pull him out of the cell so he can be shot in the back of the head. If they havent come for him by like 7 a.m. he lives another day. Think of the mental agony there, now that is justice. That is reality as well, I have a friend who was there for a year in a cell with a bunch of people waiting for the bullet. | Sati User Info... | Whether people want to believe it or not, a lot of child molesters and predators ARE looking for a way to die cuz they're mired in a sea of self-disgust & loathing. As I've said on here before, could you imagine what it'd be like to live with those kinds of fantasies & urges, having to repress them and knowing you're fucked up and that if people knew they'd hate you and want you dead? And I suspect its somehow fulfilling for them to experience the kind of torture/agony you described Jay. There are a LOT of people out there who've lost the capacity for normal pleasures (brain chemistry malfunctioning) and the only thing that makes them feel "alive" is pain, fear, adrenaline rushes etc. It sounds like hell to most of us, but to them its familiar and stimulating and they feed off it. I think first and foremost we should make it easier for them to talk about. And then if they don't have the balls enough to be truthful & ask for help, and are committed to living their lives creating that hell for themselves & people around them, lets hope they choose death instead. | jay brown User Info... | Ah but I think a lot of the people you are talking about really get of on those feelings of disgust. Sure some of them must be mired in self loathing but I highly doubt it is the majority. I think a lot more of them just get off on the power and the act itself. While they know people would kill them for it I think it probably is more of a game than anything else to not get caught. Personally I could care less if they feel self loathing or not I would gladly have them all dead, and if some of them actually want that then good at least they feel something that might get them some sort of redemption if there is an afterlife. - Fri, 13 Oct 2006 8:39am | ||
