| SickFuk User Info... | I consider World of Warcraft, Everquest and games like that somewhat akin to heroin.... The only reason I can say this is that I've actually seen someone overdose.... And an overdose of video games results in a nasty demeanor, lack of showering and an unholy obcession with getting the best charachter... even at the expense of everything else around you... I've seen some of my best friends give up on all other aspects of life, just to play a "game"... I'm gonna shut up now, cuz I could go on about this for hours... | moron User Info... | The back story with the vid is that a clan was holding an online funeral for a member who had recently died IRL. For whatever reason they held this in disputed territory and publically announced the funeral a few days prior. So of course, this led to the organized ganking that you see in the vid and the inevitable fallout (angry forum posts, a web site defacement, etc.). In bad taste but very funny at the same time. But then again, since the incident did happen on a PVP server, it's pretty much par for the course on that server type. Once in a while he crawls out of his dungeon to work or deposit a fucking crazy amount of dishes in the sink. THIS IS A VERY SCARY THING There are people who have sat at their comps for 50 hours and DIED. The brain works on the pleasing aspect of "acheiving" something that isnt even real! And on, and on and on. If you can keep it in check, play away, but there are too many weak willed geeks who get HOOKED.
