| ML7Mike | First of all, Living Sacrifice is kind of slow and groovy. 2nd of all, Jason is correct, most metal is complex and technical. ALot of what you hear on the radio is NU-metal which is NOT complex and technical in most cases, which is partially why it has gotten popular. Just like Jazz was the outcast musicians music decades ago, metal is now. Not alot of drummers and guitar players can truly play metal, unless they spend many hours practicing.
