dec.29th at the soundgarden. It'll be the first all ager there. Sweet the kids finally get to hear some of the bands through a real sound system. Oh and I'm pretty sure no one is allowed to wear their pants to this show. - Thu, 26 Dec 2002 12:01pm

Thanks to all who came out. It was a fun show. It's too bad that most of the usual show-goers were too hungover to make it out.

I think that over the holiday season, the promotion end was a little neglected. If I had to guess, I'd say 20 or 30 people. Not sure though - Mon, 30 Dec 2002 10:04am

It's all about promotion and timing. Sunday night isn't really the prime time for all ages shows. I think they'd work in the afternoons better. As for the turnout well, as the word gets out it'll get better, and putting up posters with the bands on them always helps..... hint, hint. Now that that's out of the way, I love playing whether it's for twenty people or two hundred I just like playing. Any chance a band gets to play through a sound system like that is a show you want to play it's that simple. Props to Scott and Tamara for making an all ages venue where the kids can actually here the bands. I really think you should think about putting hookers in the bathrooms, I think it would draw a much larger crowd. - Mon, 30 Dec 2002 6:14pm

From my experience afternoon shows don't work. I've had all ages sunday shows work well but its usually down to if its a really good show or not. I'd suggest starting the shows at about 6:30 and doing 3 bands on sundays having the shows end at about 10-10:30. Afternoons usually people havn't gotten out of bed yet, especially on a sunday. - Mon, 30 Dec 2002 7:04pm
