In response: 2004 Island Music Awards Song of the Year winner Christine Evans has since signed to Warner distribution and appears on the new "Women & Song" album alongside Sheryl Crow, Sarah McLachlan, Madonna, Melissa Etheridge, Jann Arden, The Corrs, Nelly Furtado, k.d. lang, Diana Krall, and Norah Jones.
