| _Griphin_ User Info... | Presently my favorite drink has to be coffee :) Originally my favorite drink combo at Hugo's was a shot of Jack Daniels with there porter as a chaser. I'm quite impartial to the Jagermeister, but other then that I really like drinking the Lighthouse India Pale Ale. Too bad Lighthouse couldn't figure out how to make a Lager tho'. Tuborg [since I'm Danish], Hermans;Islander ale from Van Isle [ since it's brewed at Bay & Government], or Granville Islands Maple Cream is good too...... | nicci User Info... | Gastown winter ale was all sold out at the Liquor store at Xmas, but I heard that the Fort St store had some about a month ago. We had it on tap, but just ran out and thats it til next winter now I guess. Its Vanilla and Choclate...very sweet but ONE very chilly pint is really good. There is a great pumpkin ale too for you sweet beers peeps. Milk drinks definately do blow, White Russian is the exception...once in a while. Growers apple bitch pops....That is fricken hilarious...Never heard that one before. | Troutbreath User Info... | Most hated: I was hitchhiking through Mexico and I got picked up by a truck load of Mariachi musicians on their way to a fiesta. After a long trip through the mountains we got to this little village in the middle of the night. Bright and very early the next morning they got me up for "breakfast" which consisted of a lump of boiled beef swimming in a fiery hot sauce and a stack of tortillas. While we ate a bottle was passed around. When it finally got to me they all encouraged me to take some. It looked like a mixture of straight grain alchohol, onions, chillies, and that white crumbly goat's cheese. It tasted like it had already been drunk once. Ever mindful of not wanting to offend my hosts I a sipped a little. The bottle kept going around until it was finished. By the time we set off to play my head seemed to be the size of a pin and my feet seemed like the size of a couple of rowboats.
