| Demen Ted User Info... | Hahaha, thats the one. The fastest growing cactus in the world, I do believe, trichocereus pachani, or pachanoi, or something. Yep. I believe Peyote, too, is also legal (the thing states mescaline under class 3 or whatever controlled substance, but peyote and all other plants are exempted from the law), and there is the Peruvian Torch. I do believe after they are prepared for consumption, they do constitute a source of mescaline, therefore ruling them to be illegal... Anyone wanna shed some light on this? | lonemonk User Info... | Demens correct. I think technically both cactii are legal in canada as long as they have not been processed, or attempts to extract have not taken place. San Pedro is certainly the fastest growing of the Mescaline cacti, not sure about overall. I don't know of anywhere selling San Pedro in town. I dug into that a few years ago and no nursery I contacted claimed any familiarity with that species. (Possibly on purpose) Hopefully these people still exist: http://peyote.com/jonstef/ofthejungle.htm I have purchased a variety of things from them before. They used to sell small San Pedros clippings. They also sell seeds, but supposedly those take a long time to begin growing. Peyote might technically be legal in certain areas, but I've read that the plant itself is almost extinct in its normal habitats. | lonemonk User Info... | Its a phantasy I know, but I'm still praying for the day when a burnt-out hippy chemist unloads his vial of mescaline on me. I've taken mushrooms many times (ocassionally in high-ish dosages), and I remember getting sick only once. It probably only lasted about 5 minutes realtime, but to me it was six consecutive eternities. After 4 or 5 grams of good mushrooms, the aliens are guaranteed to pay a visit.
