| Broccoli User Info... | Thats what I did when I was 16: I just scanned my DL, altered my age, printed it on slick paper, glued it to a playing card, and laminated it. I only got shit ONCE about the holograph not working, and I just told the guy that it stoped refecting because I had cut up so much coke with it, and he let it slide. - Tue, 11 May 2004 5:03pm | ||
| lonemonk User Info... | Yep, Autumn and Broccoli have it right. Scan it yourself and use photoshop to attach your identity. Choose similar card material, laminate if applicable but also, don't be foolish about where you use it. Avoid liqour stores or places with sophisticated door watchers. Dingy pubs with music already playing is best (low light, etc). If you use it only to attend music events (and not to get drunk silly) you may just get away with it. Drawing attention to yourself while in a drunken state might get you punched, arrested and/or banned from that place, possibly even until well after you are of age. I don't recommend faking a DL, as there are quite possibly a whole host of other laws which will invite much greater grief for you. I heard of a guy who only used his fake ID only for shows (He had a real DL as well) who accidentally presented his fake one to a cop who pulled him over for speeding...Nasty. Lonemonk doesn't endorse it, but there is not too much harm in trying it out. Just be wise how it gets used. | _Griphin_ User Info... | Faking a BC ID is nearly impossible to do properly these days, I remember people trying to do those ID's in 92 in Vancouver, the only difficulty was trying to emulate the hologram stuff (the seal I think), but they figured out a way to do it eventually.
