This man was THE encyclopedia of local saltwater fishin'.. if ya wanna learn how to catch a flounder at Whiskey Pt. or a Ling Cod in Mill Bay, read his books.. And he invented the Scotty downrigger that pretty much every sport fisherman in the area uses.
