Despite it being the 21st century, I have a 6 X 10 Kelsey manual letterpress machine. (And a handful of typefaces) Any idea where I can get some good letterpress ink in town? Normal liquid inks do not adhere, it has to be somewhat gummy... Capital Iron sold their large stash before I could collect the money to buy it all. | jackass User Info... | hey lonemonk.. I work here: http://www.creo.com We do pretty much everything but presses. We pretty much pioneered thermal Computer To Plate. We have a technology called Squarespot, the dots we make on plate are not round, they are square. This lets us do things like stochastic to 10 microns..we are really pushing digital. Film is for sucks. We have our fingers in all things pre-press (software, rips, trapping, etc etc etc) and are pushing the Network Graphic Production Initiative.
