| laprider User Info... | good place for Musician or student. Smallish self contained Bachelor suite. Own entrance own bath, small kitchenette. Oak Bay Area, D/T bus and Interurban bus right outside door. Stroll to the village for tea or go to the REc center for an anon BJ, whatever floats yer boat. Not looking for any dicks...this is a chance to live in a place where you can play your guitar and live your life, we are 420 friendly house but not too down with abusers of the crack. You must be trustworthy as u will be near my gear and tools. Pets, well sure but there is a mastiff in the house already. Neighbours are cool, me, my buddy and a cool dude with MS all in seperate suites. THis is a huge ass character house that is something akin to the Munsters place, lets call it a work in progress. WE have fun, but I'm a Dad so we keep it tight. Female applicants encouraged especially if you have lots of friends who like older has been musicians. Cooking of bacon is tolerated but baking pie , well I'm gonna eat some everytime. Rent, hmmm howm many of those friends you got...ahem... about 600 bux, I gotta do a little painting.
