I'm looking for some people to play some cool, original, creative music. i've been playing guitar for about 10 years now, and have recently been focussing on mandolin. since i only have acoustic instruments in town i'm looking for people to play folk or neo-folk or whatever you want to call it (like songs:ohia, bonnie billy), or alt-country (like wilco, califone). i can do the mellow folk thing pretty well, add an experimental fringe to that and i think there could be something interesting there. but otherwise i'm pretty open and enjoy listening to and playing all styles of music and could arrange for other electrified instruments to be shipped to town if i thought it was worth it. i'm laid back, but i'm a reasonably good multi-instrumentalist and willing to work hard. also, i'm nice, chilled out, and not a crack head.
