Richie Valley

Richie Valley is a composer, musician & videographer. He was born on the traditional, ancestral & unceded territory of the Coast Salish people on Vancouver Island. His mother was a music teacher and his grandfather played piano for silent movies. Richie has self-published six long play albums (LPs) including All Acoustic Guitar (2024), eponymous Richie Valley LP (2022), Butterfly Sunflower (2021), Apollonian (2020), Sticky (2010) and Zoom Zoom (2009). His video releases including Frog On Mountain (2023), Old Growth Echoes (2022) and In Search For the Lost Harmonic (2021) reflect the pristine natural environment he is close to. Richie has joined numerous bands including Blue37 Review, The Low Commitment Blues Band and now forms his own band for exclusive engagements. Richie is an experienced software programmer, webmaster for RichieValley.com, and has recently platformed the emerging Rent-Per-Stream for digital content creators on Richie Valley Digital.
