Event Description

This is a chance to immerse yourself in rhythm – a musical vacation through rhythms from around the globe! Learn drumming from West Africa, Latin America and beyond!
Open to all levels of playing experience... no previous experience required. Instruction is step-by-step starting from the very beginning.
The SPECIAL WORKSHOPS feature rhythms from around the world & feature many unique styles not taught anywhere else in Canada!
Instruments are provided, including djembes, bass drums, krin (log drums), xylophones, congas & cajon.
