| Jl User Info... | telus better than shaw LOL(that almost made my day). Telus is run by a bunch of crooks. And to boot; their bandwidth sux compared to shaw. I used to transfer(torrents) at less than 500kb/s and now with shaw im upto at least 1.2mb/s(and, no it has nothing to do with ratio building or a private torrent site). | Matteus User Info... |  they are a dinosaur that uses out dated tech in all aspects of their company (phone lines for landlines, CDMA for cell phones and ADSL for internet). | evilkleg User Info... | Up until recently, I would have agreed with you guys about telus sucking but they recently upgraded their service (prolly because they were hemmoraging customers) and now I'm getting download speeds at least as good as anything I ever got on Shaw. | Mr. Hell User Info... | Telus' DSL suckness and terrible, rude customer service made me switch back to Shaw, who are still over priced bastards, but their services never let me down and the customer service has improved a billion fold. | B.P. User Info... | There's no way anyone on Telus is hitting the 2.5mb/s I generally get on extreme. Getting an average of 1-1.5mb/s on Telus' top tier still doesn't touch shaw's speed. Telus outsourcing their support just adds to how lax they've always been. They're hemorrhaging customers for a reason, their service and support is sub-par. - Mon, 3 Aug 2009 8:17pm | ||
