| Chopper User Info... | Unless the slums have spread out since I lived there, the majority of the slums were always in the Gottingen area (not just the street as you well know, but a good 8-10 blocks around Gottingen), right in the shadow of the bridge. Dartmouth was more redneck when I was there and no way in hell would an Afro-Canadian venture into Dartmouth even if they had the thug tude. The reverse would happen. I had quite a few black friends when I was stationed out there in the 80's and they'd be just as likely to get shit kicked as anyone else was, if they were stupid enough not to take taxis into town as base security always told people to do.
