| some girl | Christmas is 6 months away and I can't wait. I realize that I should go see help for this, and my boyfriend continually makes fun of me for getting so excited. My problem is that I can never find good CDs/songs. Ummm, so there's James Brown, Boney M and shit, but what about punk covers? (Red Aunts do a good "Little Drummer Bitch" song on a Lookout records compilation, but that's all I know of). Any suggestions? | Ty Stranglehold | The Yobs were the first punk band to do a X-Mas record. The Vandals covered one of their tracks on their record. A good, solid rocking Christmas release is the "Sonics/Galaxies/Wailers" Garage Rock Christmas album called "Merry Christmas".
