when it comes to indulging in 4:20 what's your method of achieving a nice glow? i recently picked up a vaporizer from vancouver and find "smoking" from that works the best for me i find it tastes better ,it doesnt hurt your throat like the end of smokin a roach does , its more potent and if you add a cold water bong to the mix then it becomes even smoother. - Fri, 22 Feb 2008 3:18am Edited: Fri, 22 Feb 2008 3:31am

the different tastes you get from the variety of herbs rules ,i try hard to stay away from cigarettes and booze so indulging in different types of tabbaco's has kinda become my addiction lol always liked using the water bong because it was smoother, my dad had a old pipe he smoked when he was quiting smoking cigs but that was too raunchy, now using the vaporizer seems to be the most healthy for the lungs and it cuts the smell down too - Fri, 22 Feb 2008 4:18am Edited: Fri, 22 Feb 2008 5:13am

Big fat "bat" syle joints, bong can be ok but i alway take to big a hall, same goes for pipes and they alway get all gummed up, no no not the big fat,oil in your mouth toke. One hits are good for the bar or while playing on stage (if your the drummer and you can hide). Leaf wraps are my fave paper. Here is a example pic of me after a bar toke with the one hit. - Fri, 22 Feb 2008 10:21am Edited: Fri, 22 Feb 2008 10:22am

Yeah - my "Volcano" vapourizer is the sweetest fucking thing on earth. Fuckin' skookum-as-shit German engineering. It was painful laying out $700 including tax for the fucker, but it smokes so fucking smoothly - you can take the hugest tokes you possibly can, and still hold it in as long as you want. The main reason I got it is that it cuts out 98% tar, and dagnammit I no longer know what phlegm is anymore. Fucking truly amazing - right there it's paying itself off. Even the nicest, kindest bud takes like fucking bogus shit now if I smoke it in a joint, pipe, or bong. Once you've had Volcano, ya don't turn back. I feel like so sXe refusing pulls on jays n'shit now. - Fri, 22 Feb 2008 5:17pm Edited: Fri, 22 Feb 2008 5:25pm

i brought my "silver surfer" vaporizer over to my friends place and as my friend said "got vaporized" lol i wasnt too sure how they would take to using the vaporizer but after a few hits off it they were sold lol,i thought about buyin a volcano but chose the silver surfer because of what others had told me about it and the fact it was almost 400 bucks cheaper than the volcano ,either way this is by far a better cleaner buzz ..worth every penny - Sat, 23 Feb 2008 6:35am

I don't find vapourizers satisfying. Maybe when I'm 50, should I find myself smoking pot at that age. It's not "smoking pot" unless you're left in a big, delightful stink of weed all over.

I'm a joint person. I need to switch to those cellulose papers. Zags are probably made from virgin trees. - Tue, 18 Mar 2008 10:03pm Edited: Tue, 18 Mar 2008 10:03pm

Haven't tried a vaporizer yet, but definitely want to. Normally I'm a pipe/joint/bong type (in that order). Been checking out some of the pricing on fleabay the last few weeks, and will definitely get one from there. Although, looking at the basics I've seen, it probably wouldn't be that hard to make one myself. - Wed, 19 Mar 2008 7:10pm

I didn't realize that a good vaporizer was so expensive.

I have been strongly considering getting one for health reasons, and to cut down on the stink. We would hate for our landlords who live above us to be offended by it. We love our place too much.
Currently I pipe while bf rolls. I only have a couple puffs after baby has gone to bed for the night (REALLY helps me relax!)

Does anyone know if the cheaper vaporizers are still decent? - Fri, 21 Mar 2008 9:15am

I was talking to one of our staff yesterday and he'd used one of the cheaper hand held blow through types, that are about $50, and he said it was almost as good as some of the more expensive types like the volcano.

Check fleabay though, some of the $100+ units you see on etailers sites can be had for about 1/2 that price. - Fri, 21 Mar 2008 9:43am

i think whatever works for ya is cool ,i went with the silver surfer because of what i had been told and read about the product ,alot of times i buy the mid range product and find it works just as well and sometimes better than its more expensive counterpart. i made a nice little water bong to work with my silver surfer making it an even smoother toke , plus there is hardly any smell ,the buzz is more potent and you use less "tobacco" therefor saving even more money lol - Fri, 21 Mar 2008 2:19pm
