Hey I have a BBE Acoustimax Preamp for sale. I used it for both acoustic and electric purposes. It always was the first pedal in my chain and I used to drive a hotter signal through the pedals. That equals less loss of tone when you use as many pedals as I do. It sounds fantastic. Transparent, with bass, treble, and even better a sweepable mid control for that PERFECT shaping of those crucial mids. It also has the sonic maximizer circuit. This makes your amp sparkle AND rock the bass frequencies. Because that's what sonic maximizing does - it tightens your bass. The only way to describe it is to turn if off and then you'll go, "Oh! That's what it does." This pedal is cool for tonemeisters. If you're not interested in tone and regular sounds are good for you, then keep moving through the other ads here on craigs.

This pedal also is a wicked DI box for direct injection to a house PA and monitor system. All for 125 bones!
