I'll give you Comeback Kid if you ignore the new album, The Sainte Catherines I've never heard, but Cancer Bats and Every Time I Die are not hardcore. I am not saying that to imply that those bands are bad either, Hot Damn! is one of my favourite albums, I am just saying that it's not hardcore "modern" or otherwise.
