| Andrew User Info... | No offence, but that article Seems a little like bs to me. Compare this "face monument" (been on a planet with no atmosphere for millions of years) to the saying "good from far, but far from good". When you get closer views of it, you can see all the damage that's been done to it throughout it's time. Buddy just made the article sound complicated cause the average guy wouldnt spent enough time to actualy understand what he was saying..think of the job opportunities....id love to work for the govt. Notice how it's called "PROOF FILES". Goes on about proof. Okay..it proves that a perfect monument of a face isn't on that planet..yes..but all other possibilities are still there as for why it isnt a perfect shape. What if it was made by more primitive beings that didn't have spacecraft to sit above it and make sure it was a perfect job. That could be why it isn't a perfect face. And I guess also, the existance and relation to all the other stuff around the face didn't really mean anything to this scientist either. a 5 sided pyrimid isn't a natural phenomenon..he goes on about chance..what is the chance of having shapes like that just sitting around...however many miles from a face. And the reason for the damaged right side is like said above, it's been bombarded with asteroids and shit for years and years. Mars is the last planet in the system before the asteroid belt..so..tell me, if the belt is made up of a planet that was destroyed...wouldnt mars be right beside it to get fucked up..? Maybe that's what killed off live on mars, the same life that built the damn thing. I'm not saying what it is, or isnt. who the hell knows. But to disclaim the whole idea that it could be one, on the basis of the fact that it isnt a perfect face (using science jargon that nobody gets), makes it pretty obvious that this scientist already had an answer before he wrote the paper. but who cares right its just crazy conspiracy talk ;) - Wed, 6 Jun 2007 5:52pm Edited: Wed, 6 Jun 2007 6:07pm | ||

" Well the asteroid belt was created by the destruction of a planet, but I'm pretty sure that probably happened billions of years ago... not saying the mars people didn't build the thing and it wouldn't get hit with shit and destroyed over time.
