| David Arthur Johnston User Info... | saving the world - I'm so big on patience because I need it often. It's wierd. I know the truth of fate and subsequently have an understanding of the root of everything. I know that the world will be saved as fast as it takes everyone to understand fate and that there is no other cause worth standing behind, because if it doesn't take into account the predestined nature of all things it is still allowing for a lie somewhere... I realize the idea of choice is addictive; that people like the idea that they are the creators of their motion but it's not true and it gives allowance for spite because we then can blame people and have spite instead of understanding that there is no evil... we rely on spite because going all the way in adhering to truth means everything in people's lives must change--- that they must no longer listen to the police; that they must no longer pay taxes; that they must take the responsibility of actualizing the reality of freedom (what some call Heaven-on-Earth... planting food everywhere, etc...). We have gotten ourselves into a bind, where, if we were to continue bowing to this monster of a government, we would condemn our children to Hell... but if we don't the structure that is in place will condemn us and steal our children. So, I guess we have to ask ourselves "What sort of adventure do we want?" By promoting the truth of fate I see an actual mass enlightenment where people will fearlessly cease the support of pride at all costs, and then we will find that the most rudimentary system of trust (anarchy) is exactly what breeds true community. This truth becomes obvious and spreads exponentially- as fast as a consideration of patience and an acknowledged want of truth (divinity). Also, I did clic on the posted link of his webage, first thing that pops up is a banner add for one of the most nasty corporations in existence. two senarios 1/ it ain't really him 2/ he is a hypocrite I actually have no problem with Davids choices in life, so this doesn't seem to jibe, to each his own, I love my union job, I can work when I want and play music when I want, how many jobs can you say I'm going on tour ( lots) and always come back to work? Honestly, I dont feel angry that i have to pay taxes... file a tax return and you get the majority of it back unless you owe money. I definitely don't agree with things you're saying, simply because "god" is mentioned way too many times... I don't like it when people call you a devil worshipper because you don't believe in god. Most real atheists do not believe in the existence of the devil because he was said to have been created by "god". Therefore, having both as simple stories. So, yes, it sounds like religion, yet it is true and important... whatever. They speak more of the frustrations of a guy who lost something somewhere and decided to blame the system rather than having a good look in that pool of water called life's mirror. By suggesting that there are no choices in life, you rid yourself of whatever mistakes you have made, or will make. You free yourself from that thing called responsibility. It allows you to float on your feathery cloud of peace and pontification pointing the finger at others (who are actually paying your way) accusing them and their beliefs for your obvious downfalls. If you are so against capitalism why is it you are here under it's cosy and warm umbrella? If you are TRULY wanting to eradicate poverty (like you say) why aren't you in Africa trying to help....oh I guess that would mean David would have to make a decision, and David can't do that anymore right? David doesn't believe in choice, fate (taxpayers money) will take care of David from here on end, and David will never have to blame himself for his own problems again. The reason we sometimes believe there is no free will (as I did recently when my dreams fortelling the future became longer, more frequent, and completely accurate), is because we don't understand time. There IS choice, we can choose on many things. Only what we choose makes absolutely no difference. If there is no choice then there is no reason for existence. What use is existence if we have no free will. Without it we might as well be plants. Plants are great, but without appreciative animals, there is no reason for any existence. (if a tree falls in the forest, does it make a sound?) same shit. We need to experience things and know things for them to exist. We are spectators. Without spectators the show cannot go on. Even one spectator and there is a beautiful universe. If there was no one choosing to experience this universe, it simply wouldn't exist. I ramble worse than you do. The universe is passive, it's here because we are, and we are it. As we ARE the universe (it's infinite in segments, but each segment is as important as any other because all are necessary for its existence)- as we ARE the universe, we have choice. Nothing can "make" us do something. The whole world decides what we do with us. That is choice because we are the world as much as anything else.
