Josh Rosario User Info... | I have a Behringer BG412H cab (8ohm stereo, 16ohm mono, Jensen speakers, 400watts) in good condition, wanting to trade for Marshall 1960 Angled cab also in good condition. Will add cash to the deal. (Head not included) - Sat, 6 May 2006 8:56pm Edited: Sat, 6 May 2006 8:57pm
kyle User Info... | hey there, i must tell you that i've found that marshall cabs are generally a "hit or miss" kind of thing, some are phenominal and other fucking blow. when i sold my behringer cab to upgrade to an orange, they (long and mcquade) gave me a marshall cab until mine was in, i must say the behringer had much more chunk and higher quality sounding then the marshall. just a thought.... - Sat, 6 May 2006 10:18pm
brumy User Info... | i agree with kyle, i have had behringer and marshall hooked up and played at the same time, and the behringer gave more kick out..i liked it alot better - Sun, 7 May 2006 6:38am
spence User Info... | hey man just to add to growing list haha...i have done sound for their band and many others and marshalls tends to sound not meaty or have a lack of tonal properties. while behringers have almost an in your face kind of idea....oranges are are sick tho hahaha! - Sun, 7 May 2006 9:18am
Josh Rosario User Info... | Thanks for the tips guys, I'll play some other cabs a bit before I get rid of mine. - Sun, 7 May 2006 12:02pm
etohk User Info... | The other option is to replace the speakers in your Behringer...the marshall 1960a cabs use 16ohm g1275s, of which I have 2, I also have 2 sheffield 16ohms. X pattern would sound killer. I have this combo in my cab right now, if you wanted to bring out your head and give it a try....I am thinking $200 for all 4 speakers. - Sun, 7 May 2006 6:41pm
