cecil the weasel User Info... | I've had this little work horse for a while. It's killer for song writing and multitracking. 8 tracks (64 virtual tracks) 6 1/4 inch inputs, 2 digital inputs, loads of effects (both cheesy and very useful) i replaced the hard drive a few years ago and i think it was a 5 gig, which gives you plenty of room. because the sample rate is pretty low. questions or interested buyers email [email protected] how about $250.00 or an external firewire hard drive .... - Wed, 5 Apr 2006 10:40pm Edited: Wed, 5 Apr 2006 10:49pm

cecil the weasel User Info... | All the channels work fine, but 2 of the inputs are screwed. Sorry, i should have mentioned that. Everything else works perfectly. I might as well mention that it does not have a built in CD burner, but does have a scsi port. I also have the manual. -caio - Fri, 7 Apr 2006 5:47pm Edited: Fri, 7 Apr 2006 5:53pm
Lonemonk User Info... | Are those two inputs Dead or intermittent? I understand one can simply use other inputs and direct them to different tracks. - Fri, 7 Apr 2006 6:06pm Edited: Fri, 7 Apr 2006 6:08pm
cecil the weasel User Info... | the 2 inputs, numbers 2 and 4 i think, give a sort of white fuzz. i think the trim knob is broken. however, this doesn't affect the track's ability. you can still mix with 8 channels and redirect the input to the channel. the only problem this causes is tracking drums or multiple musicians simultaneously. unless you have an adat to jack into the digital inputs, you are stuck with the 4 - 1/4 inch inputs. which really is enough for most occasions. -c - Fri, 7 Apr 2006 10:20pm Edited: Fri, 7 Apr 2006 10:29pm

lonemonk User Info... | I've been working my face off, and hadn't figured out whether I have a serious use for the thing. I would have to buy mic-pres and the rest of it as well. If I can get that sorted out, and you haven't sold it yet I may still be in. Now that you mention hankandlilly@hotmail, I knew I had seen this unit on livevic last year... - Mon, 24 Apr 2006 7:36am Edited: Mon, 24 Apr 2006 7:38am
