| lonemonk User Info... | Conspiracy theories or not, the whole thing didn't go down the way we are familiar with seeing it. This guy isn't the only one examining the different planes and jet engines found onsite. There's more to it, I have become convinced. Most of the important evidence was scapped pretty early on (same week as the event). Now, you'd think if you really want to get the bottom of it, you'd keep any and all pieces to the aircraft. | Dr.DoomXXX User Info... | I found it to be quite blurry which made it difficult to examine what I was seeing whenever the guy said to "look close". Also it seemed to be held up by a few misconceptions like when he was wondering why the tower that was attacked 2nd fell first. made sense to me seeing as the 2nd crash was much lower which would place a lot more weight on the impact sight. There were a few other wholes in the case but there's definatley something wierd going on. The lack of wreckage at the pentagon for example caught my attention. My friend has been going on and on about this crap for a year or two now, but this article will straighten everything out. "Quite credible" indeed-- is it the fact that two twenty-year old kids did it with only access to television news footage and paranoid internet postings? Good point about credibility, however there are plausible discrepancies being spotlighted, and the footage has ALWAYS seemed to conflict with the generally accepted story to me...but I also liked the Michael Moore stuff. | Mi*coll* User Info... | That film is a far cry from Michael Moore, my friend. Did you read that PM article? The film is thoroughly debunked-- nearly point for point. Generally, I would say that the film displays the worst kind of selective editing, taking quotes out of context and playing on peoples scientific naivety. | Ward Ensemble User Info... | I don't blindly believe in any piece of journalism, unless it is a publication like Popular Mechanics or Scientific American. I just enjoy being entertained. I watch kung fu, science fiction and horror movies while realizing that these people are actors, and are not actually in the situations they are in. Sensationalism in journalism has made me sceptical of ALL journalists, including Michael Moore. If the Bush administration stooped to killing thousands of their own citizens, innocently working away, then why wouldn't they snuff two young smartasses who tried to "expose them". They still use quotes and video clips out of context and don't have a shred of evidence. It is utter manipulation and makes me sick that people would exploit other people's media naivety to that extent. Wait... is that an interview with Hunter S Thompson? He was schizo! And, wait, a cancelled CIA plot to fake a terrorist attack on a drone over Cuba is in somewhat of a different league than a completed massacre of thousands of Americans. The CIA could never pull that off. Do you have any idea how much manpower would be required to do that? Do you realize that all it would take would be one person who had any morals to end the whole thing? Ultimately, you have to put a huge amount of faith in the CIA to believe this conspiracy theory.
