ML7Mike User Info... | These songs were recorded in a matter of only a few days so yes a fair amount of opinion gets inputted so as to get the job done as soon as possible. Most sound engineers will agree thats more of a hinderance sometimes though :D - Thu, 22 Dec 2005 8:01pm

Platoon User Info... | Who all will be playing on the bill? - Sun, 1 Jan 2006 9:17pm
ML7Mike User Info... | Platoon I dont know much about the show. All I know is its in Nanaimo somewhere with some bands.. As Steve mentions Run Like Hell maybe be one of them. I have zero details otherwise. In fact up till 3 days ago I had been told we were not playing this show hehe.. Griph, there were 4 songs on Dep Earth but those songs were recorded literally days before the '04 canada tour so very little time went into the mix. The two not posted had some problems that we never bothered re-working. We did two tracks this time.. - Mon, 2 Jan 2006 12:09pm
Mr. Hell User Info... | According to my last info transmission before I left for my trip, the show is all ages at Pleasant Valley Community Center. Meatlocker Seven, Faces Of Black and A Trip From Womb To Tomb are playing, I believe. Run Like Hell wanted to play, but were left off the bill for reasons I am not sure of. Friday, January 13th is the day. A little worrisome that you haven't yet seen any promo in your parts, Platoon. Let's hope that changes. I think Zero Gravity might be hiring a janitor. - Mon, 2 Jan 2006 5:26pm
_Griphin_ User Info... | ML7Mike: Oh? I should re-download the two tracks that made it for I have the entire un-mixed EP. Appreciate the info tho', pity you guys couldn't re-work "Burnt at Both Ends", that song slayz!!!! Hoping for a new album this year!!! I must of missed this (typical) but how come you guys dropped "Death Metal" Dave Krull?!? He seemed like an eager drummer. - Mon, 2 Jan 2006 5:58pm
Mr. Hell User Info... | The split with DMD was mutual and amicable. When Dave joined ML7, it was for a year that included one recording and a tour. After that, we were going to re-evaluate the situation and go from there. Dave's primary band, Gorilla Monsoon were at a critical point with their long-in-the-works recording and it required much of Dave's attention. Therefore, he had to make a tough choice at that point. We urged him not to disregard all the hard work he put into Gorilla Monsoon, as they are one of the more unique bands in Victoria with a lot of potential to make waves. Dave is a top notch drummer and we enjoyed our time with him. - Mon, 2 Jan 2006 7:09pm
XY-POI User Info... | I told Mike a few days ago I saw the poster up at Arbutus music in Nani-emo , nice poster , big too ! lol ! You back Steve or are you posting on board ? ALOHORE TO YEA !! - Mon, 2 Jan 2006 7:30pm
Mr. Hell User Info... | Good to hear there was a poster up! I'm back with a vengeance! - Tue, 3 Jan 2006 4:45pm
_Griphin_ User Info... | Ah OK, thanks for the update. I didn't know Dave was in Gorilla Monsoon (they've been around for years), but now you have Lincoln drumming, does this mean that Self Inflicted might disband pretty quick?!? :( - Tue, 3 Jan 2006 5:18pm
Platoon User Info... | Fuck, good to hear there are posters. I have been blabbing about it on air every show for at least a couple weeks. Hopefully some posters will make their way to the station and up to the University. Any word on cover charge? We would love to have you guys on Far Beyond Metal that night! - Wed, 4 Jan 2006 1:27am
Gabri~hell User Info... | Mister Hell is back with a vengeance, a negligible tan, and weapons. Beware. - Wed, 4 Jan 2006 3:58pm
Mr. Hell User Info... | I stand corrected about the show on the 13th as Deathlessness are playing, not A Trip From Womb To Tomb...my bad. I am certain that Self Inflicted won't be disbanding...but what do I know? As far as I know, Self Inflicted are fine and Lincoln is perfectly capable of playing in two bands. Thanks for the promo, Platoon! Not sure if we could play that night on your show. I'll have to ask at jam tonight, although I'm sure everyone will have read this by then. $6 to get into the show. And Gabri~hell knows too much about my weapons. - Wed, 4 Jan 2006 4:31pm
Platoon User Info... | Rock on, I know that would be a long day for you guys. I can't wait for this show! - Wed, 4 Jan 2006 7:31pm
Destroy_The_Flesh User Info... | Lincon was in Self Inflicted at the same time he was in Pariah , I don't think they are disbanding either - Thu, 5 Jan 2006 11:03am
