On the CD:

Worth it just to hear Josh lambaste some poor flapjack in the crowd.

Mr. Homme goes so far as to get the house lights turned up, points out the offending fan to the crowd, and urges everyone, upon seeing the naughty fellow, to say, "Hey Cocksmoker, Eat a Bag of Dicks." Tell me that moniker isn't going to stick with that guy forever.

On the DVD:

Lots of video, fun hiding bits and pieces, and a treasure trove for QotSA fans. Still wading through all the data.

As far as I am concerned, though, these guys can do no wrong, so it's preaching to the choir.

The dude with the white shirt and the long hair I think. That whole set is awesome, but that moment was priceless. BTW: I still think Eagles of Death Metal is good beer drinking music. That's so simple, I even figured out how how to play one of the songs from Peace, Love, Death Metal. - Thu, 24 Nov 2005 10:31pm

I also adore Eagles of Death Metal. They got that "writing-catchy-tunes-to-shake-your-ass-to" and "melodies that run rampant through your head for days" thing down.

But it is pretty damn good! Although their performance from the Montreaux Jazz Festival earlier this year has more fire burning to it. - Fri, 25 Nov 2005 4:31pm
