| Pedro21 User Info... | For personal reasons, me and my roommates are all moving back to alberta and we need to find new tenants to take over the lease on our basement suite. Its a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom suite, newly rennovated, hardwood floors, new stove and fridge, new bathroom. rent is $1197 a month, its perfect for 4 people. We loved the place and got lucky finding it. We are also including a love seat, couch, and chair, as well as dining room table and possibly even a nightstand, dresser and mirror set. high Speed internet is included with the place as well as water.
