In the depths of Hell

The Devil created a gun, fuel injected with the blood and greed of mankind, that he would place on Earth to flow from hand to hand. Creating death, destruction and great loss among Gods creatures, the pistol would have the power of no other. With every bullet taking lives in the most evil ways: suicide, genocide and homicide.
Satan watches and laughs as he gathers sheep one by one to fill his kingdom. This is his gift to you; his

Correct. Rumor has it that he may be joining the boys from Slayer for a quaint little reunion at this very show. But it may be just a rumor...... - Fri, 17 Jan 2003 3:51pm

Huh? This thread is about Darren K of 13Flames putting on a show with Fuel Injected 45, Joint Chiefs, and Gallows End at Soundgarden. No swastikas will be found there! - Thu, 23 Jan 2003 12:39pm
Anonymous Lets not connect this to the cancer benefit. Maybe its an after party but it makes it sound like some proceeds will go to cancer, which we know it won't. But i guess we mine as well ride the wave, eh? Fuckers. And forget paying 8 bones after the all ager, what a friggin rip off! - Thu, 23 Jan 2003 2:15pm

There is no money going to the Cancer Benefit from this show. Both shows are each promoting each other rather than fight for pole space etc... There was no intention to trick people into thinking they were both benefits for Cancer. Anyone who claims they are only going to one of the shows would only be going to one show anyway. At least working together everyone knows about BOTH shows and if they choose can go to both. I know its hard for alot of people to grasp the concept of unity in any form amongst bands and venues.... - Thu, 23 Jan 2003 2:49pm

Pshaw Grampa 8 bucks is sweet fuck all to see live music. Quit complaining already. Ever think that some of us dont want to go to Pandora Pro and see GE when we can see em with beer in hand and better sound later on that night? And this thread was made for the Soundgarden Show, not the Cancer show, if you want to come in here and claim they are related in any way then your blind. - Sat, 25 Jan 2003 1:41pm

Well obviously we would like to have people go to both shows but that may not be realistic. Some people wanna see 8 local bands and mosh like crazy folk at the Pandora Projects while supporting a good cause. Others would rather have booze in hand and great sound while checkin out 2 Vancouver bands and a local opener at Soundgarden. Go to one, go to both, all I know is that im getting shittered...... - Sat, 25 Jan 2003 3:27pm

This is me setting shit straight: The shows are related actually. S.G. is letting in all the band members that play the cancer show for free and I'm flying their colours at the venue. In exchange, S.G. kicked in a 100 dollar contribution to the Cancer Society and we worked on all the promo together. Ask questions before you talk shit lads. - Sat, 25 Jan 2003 5:41pm

I am hitting up both the shows. I have never seen mickey christ and I hear they rip shit up. But I can't miss Fuel Injected .45 or an opportunity to see twice the gallows. - Sat, 25 Jan 2003 6:57pm
Anonymous The way I see it, I doubt Gallows End is getting paid for the Fuel Injected 45 show. So I would say that Gallows End donated the $100 to the Cancer cause not Soundgarden..... - Sat, 25 Jan 2003 7:05pm

The band that keeps on giving. - Sat, 25 Jan 2003 8:09pm
Anonymous well soundgarden didn't book gallows end or anyone else on this bill so it isn't their responsability to pay them (or not pay them) so really it was the BAR giving the $100 to the cancer show.
I think it needs to be appreciated when a venue does something community minded instead of finding a reason to slag it, no? - Sun, 26 Jan 2003 1:32pm

Gallows End's contribution to the Cancer cause was playing at the Pandora Projects (thanks for the opportunity to participate Ross Bay) The arrangment at the Soundgarden show is between Darren from 13 Flames and Gallows End and there is no animosity from us to the bar. We love playing there. Period. Although.........the pitchers of draft from Soundgaren were appreciated, it would have been nice to have had a discount on consumable drinks instead. Come on I'll bet no one who works at the bar drinks that hangover concoction!!!! - Sun, 26 Jan 2003 2:16pm
