Madigan has toured extensively, composed/performed original scores for major theater productions most recently with Carey Perloff (Artistic Director, American Conservatory Theater), and shared stages with legends like Kimya Dawson, Neko Case, Cat Power, Gossip, Fugazi, Bright Eyes and Modest Mouse. She’s a contributing author to the anthology Live through This: On Creativity and Self-Destruction (Seven Stories Press), sharing company with bell hooks, Nan Goldin, Kate Bornstein, and other great artists.
