There's been a hell of a lot of work put into that place but the owners had still been getting warnings re noise complaints since 2007! Not sure if they'll continue with quieter music, but they'd said something about getting it together by the fall. | Above the knee User Info... | Haha Well I certainly won't deny that I'm a fan. On another note, I thought that this show went extremely well. Scimitar got the pit started from the opening note of their first song and I'm not sure that it ever died down much until the end of the whole show. The sound was the best that I have heard at Logan's thus far (for Scimitar and UTA.. can't really tell how ours was). | james User Info... | I missed the show but went to the one at PUB 340. I've never been there before so I'm not sure what's normal. I liked the venue and the stage lighting was excellent but I don't doubt the Victoria crowd were at least 3x the size and 10x the energy. It was a Wednesday night so perhaps that's partly the reason. The bands were great I only caught the second half of the show, Scythia were quite good and the violinist blended in very well, Unleash the Archers were intense as usual.
