Ya Thor!!!! bend some metal!!! This is going to be an awesome show. Run Like Hell has not played in forever so that is going to be worth going this show alone. I'v never heard Wester front and it looks like they are playing first so I will be there early for this one. Hope to see everyone down early. Early shows rule. Even my Mom and my Grandma could tell you that. - Wed, 31 Mar 2010 4:07pm Edited: Wed, 31 Mar 2010 4:09pm

I may be exploding balloons and bending a Slinky between my teeth if the demand is there for such tribute based antics. - Fri, 9 Apr 2010 6:10pm

this is going to be a great show...I ve seen and worked with Thor b4 and he puts on a "show"...something that is almost a lost art to metal.Western Front is going to bring it for their debut show and Rotterdam are alway a punch in the nuts...m/m/ - Tue, 13 Apr 2010 2:50pm Edited: Tue, 13 Apr 2010 2:51pm

see Rotterdam is a punch in the nuts ...but RUN LIKE HELL on the otherhand are a more meant to intensify my already flowing buzz...it was so much easier when everyone only played in one band....ironic part is I was listening Run LIke Hell as I posted....after my "fresh air" break ....see the pattern...Im sure Mr Hell will scorn me ... - Tue, 13 Apr 2010 3:09pm

Run Like Hell will be playing a full set of Pink Floyd covers as people seem to still ask me if we're a Pink Floyd tribute band to this day. - Tue, 13 Apr 2010 6:15pm

Good fun! Great crowd. Excellent music all around.

I'll leave the judgment to those who were there not playing this time. - Sat, 17 Apr 2010 3:33am

Western Front- Victoria's answer to Belladona fronted Anthrax. Great energy, very talented bunch of guys.

RLH- So fucking heavy. New material sounds awesome. Music to listen to while watching the movie "Duel". (Haven't seen it? Check it out!)

Thor- Quite the spectacle. Musically they're catchy as hell, and visually, well that alone would have made the show worth seeing.

Summary;

Manly muslc for the masses. - Sat, 17 Apr 2010 9:01am

Well that was a night of full out metal!! Western Front brought it and then some... stellar vocals with paired guitars,swapping shredding solos...and a perfect blend of old school and heavy backing vocals with the bass and drums pounding out the rhythm...tight as backline gets....Run Like Hell (see I know)...came out and blasted ears and heads(Id guess at 150 people plus of them) with heavyness and solid vocals... again more than one vocalist ...love to see the multitasking effort from bands and these guys shared the weight of "frontman" whilst taking care of the musical end and then some...solid drumming with great fills on such a tiny kit....never a dull moment with those guys up there...great crowd reaction...into the headliner THOR...The legacy has been passed down...and picked up with ease by Son of Thor...a whole new look and and fresh lineup with a energy for the music that was more than present!! Drumming was off the hook and is definately one of the more solid guitarist Ive seen in a while....bass player seem to be punishing his bass and combined great playing with excellent backing vocals played appropriatly heavy and all combined was thundering !!! A great show in every aspect ...just no pyro... - Sat, 17 Apr 2010 4:13pm
