| Anonymous User Info... | Ask your brother to look into a S. CA corporation called TRW and a "retired" project run by Christopher Hook. Those projects were never retired fully and do in fact connect both countries, at least west coast. That project was moved from the border of CA and Mexico to WA and BC about 12 to 15 years ago.
