| Demen Ted User Info... | Hey, does anyone know of any possible halls for a show out this way? There is always the school gyms, but they are crappy... I was thinking about the Luxton Hall or whatever, but I phoned them a while back, and as soon as I explained the situation, they said "no" and hung up (? haha)... So, any other halls or anything? Anyone know about the Goldstream Lodge right on goldstream/ Veterans Memorial Parkway? Ive been in there a few times, I think a show might work there... Yep, any Ideas? | utopian society User Info... | You could always try the Legion on Station Rd., I think they've had shows there in the past but I don't know how well they went over. There are some rooms at JdF rec center (upper clubhouse, lower clubhouse) that you might be able to use... you might be stuck throwing the show in the gym at Dunsmuir or something, it wouldn't be ideal but when they had that one there in November it seemed to work out ok. One down side to having a show at Luxton is that it's not really near any bus routes, so a lot of kids that would like to go might not be able to. - Wed, 3 Mar 2004 5:45am | ||
