This is the new one from Machine Head. Burn My Eyes was a crusher, then Chris Kontos left and everything went to shit for years and years. Now they have come out with what I will consider their second release because this should have followed Burn My Eyes.
What do you think of this? And yes, I know they were wiggers for the last 8 years...who cares? Live in the now, man. - Thu, 22 Mar 2007 4:24pm Edited: Sat, 24 Mar 2007 3:32pm

Burn My Eyes is one of the few Pantera-esque "groove metal" type albums I've found some worth in, and this is definitely their second best behind it, but I haven't really found myself drawn to hearing it now that I've formed an opinion. - Fri, 23 Mar 2007 11:15pm

Personally, I think their last album, "Through the Ashes of Empires" absolutely destroyed "Burn My Eyes" & I love "Burn My Eyes".

I was fortunate enough to see them tour in about 95. They opened for (& I could be mistaken as alot of the shows I saw around that time get a little convoluted) Napalm Death & Obituary. Chris Kontos ruled both on & off the stage. - Thu, 5 Apr 2007 11:04pm
