You see, when I was a young boy growing up in the late 80's, in teh shithole that we call Langford, the only thing that got me thru the days was the music of the pixies. i woould spend years listneing to the pixies (and to some eckstent the breeders) dreaming about how someday I'd leave langford. the pixies got me through all that and now I live in Victoria but iam still depressed... cant you see how Frank Balk coming to Victoria makes me feel like the 18 year old who only wanted to live a good life? its like he is making fun of the fact I cant get off this island! | The joy luck club | Regardless of how you felt about the pixies breaking up you can't deny that both bands to follow were good. Frank went a little experimentel and kim stayed in the mainstream SO WHAT!! Frank black has always been on the cutting edge of music. Think of the amount of people he has inspired.
