The Tamils won't go away, the Sri Lankan Gov't is counter foiling the numbers in the field of theatre deaths over the Tamils. The Tamils fight, in the name of Independence, their quest to take over strategic ports from the Sri Lankan Guard, are curtailed at every angle. Yet, the Tamil keep fighting on.

Okay, so I don't know all that much about the Tamil Tigers or Sri Lanka. I dunno.. really, I don't care, perhaps, the Tigers are muslims, and the majority of Sri Lankans' and the S.L. Gov't is Muslim, but why the he77 they're fighting eachother is kinda' fucked up [imho] Yet, nobody pays attention to a 'CEASE FIRE' among the U.N. to have these people stop fighting.

Although, this will probably never become anything in the mainstream press, that is convoluted past the point of main stream press about .... Who here knows wtf I'm talkin' about?

Cuz, I'm sitting here writing either trying to find out more about the faction of the Tigers attacking the Gov't in Sri Lanka, or possibly that I've started this thread to drown out the drivelling and droning of LORDSNATCH's, knieving sematics.
Anything, to dissuade, me on the forum scale from- 'Israbies and Hezbollocks' or LORDSNATCH ftm...

Somebody, write an article on Birthcontrol or Abortion, (for crying out loud) to divert this little TERRORIST SYMPATHIZING ASS-SORE on the site.

While this is happening, I will be doing more research on the Sri Lankan Affair. ;) CHEERS! - Mon, 14 Aug 2006 7:25pm Edited: Mon, 14 Aug 2006 7:28pm

Tamils are mostly Hindu, and they represent an extremely small minority of the total population of Sri Lanka. I believe it's somewhere around 3%, though I could be wrong. The whole Tamil Tiger thing is another textbook case of violence for violence's sake. Make up a cause and convince people you've been wronged, and look what happens. The Tamils' apparent "struggle" dates back to events that occurred thousands of years ago; The Tamil minority claims they were displaced by settlers from the Indian mainland. They're terrorists. Plain and simple. They operate in this country under the guise of a charitable organisation, and rediculously enough receive (or did under the Liberals anyways) tax exempt status from the government. It sickens me personally, but hey, welcome to Soviet Canuckistan. - Mon, 14 Aug 2006 9:09pm

Americans use "ize" endings. The British and most Canadian people I know use "ise" endings. Thanks for the spelling lesson shit for brains. Mace, I'm not picking a fight with you; your last few posts have caught my eye. So far I've liked the content. It's nice to hear a point of view other than Lordpatch's rambling conspiracy theories once in a while. Out. - Tue, 15 Aug 2006 6:19pm

Hey, I appreciate it Kyle, now, settle down, what happened there- with the last post you left, one of the site adm.'s snuck in and hax0red my post, lengthy in context, that mysteriously dissappeared from posting, no shit, fuckin' can't even trust the site adm.s/mod.s the 'fIREWALL! zAP!' comment? (ZAP which stands for Zone Alarm Pro.) Which is why this happened, my 'zap' was disconected.

And just as I was to post the comment, something that I normally do, just in case again somebody is 'fraiding'my posts.

This happened hours ago, and at the moment don't have the time to re-write, what was supposed to make it on the board.

'firewalled'. - Tue, 15 Aug 2006 8:38pm

Most of the reading I obtained so far has
come directly through the
Sri Lankan Governments' Information site, although, I won't drop the exact
link here to the site on
on this
board, I found it was informative and beyond tragic, that CNN from the last 2 days, I've watched the tube, and the last I saw on CNN,.... was the LTTE condemning the school bombing in which 40+ school childrens were claimed by the LTTE to have been killed' the S.L. Govt. site informs it's
site readers, the installation compound (to the extent that I remember of the attack) the LTTE
Training Camp has
no school located
within its 1 km, [exact specifics fuzzy]
perimeter.

Yet, this was the only coverage on CNN at the time... And didn't have the added attache of guided information, I have thus been provided to post about here. ;)

The main reason coverage, I imagine is limited, is because of the some of the pronounciation factors of Journalists and New Reporters who may be having a difficult time saying things in the dialect that the challenging nature of Sri Lanka's names of geological areas are seemingly very difficult for English speaking people to nail it to a Rajapuluyeninguriga-apa-heslajlamaputurin... Something like, that...

Anyhow, the LTTE are reminding me of
the David Koresh-ie style cult, during the day, and maybe a few of the those, "Let's not help our children receive medical treatment for their illnesses or wounds," Church of Jehovah Witness Crazies...

On the topic of crazies...
Former PM Paul Martin spent time during the Tsunami with leaders of the LTTE.
