Ditch Records The song "Bandages" was pulled from the air by the BBC in the UK, due to the war. Whether you like the band or not, this seems crazy!!
Check out the news on it:

Anonymous that's stupid - Fri, 28 Mar 2003 7:52pm
Anonymous perhaps they used the war as an excuse to ban a totally annoying song?? just an idea............
i cannot stand the vocals in that song
makes me cringe!
but i havent heard their other tunes so i cant pass judgement on the band as a whole - Fri, 28 Mar 2003 8:12pm

My guess is because the lyrics in the chorus sound quite abit like "Burn(or Ban) the Jews" instead of "bandages" - Fri, 28 Mar 2003 8:20pm
The Vocie Of Greasin' Well consider the massive list of songs that were banned for about 6 months after the WTC got destroyed.

I can't beleeive thay wouldn't play 'bridge over troubled water', or play anything by the band 'I am world trade center'. - Fri, 28 Mar 2003 10:21pm
Anonymous Yah OK sure, but they said they banned the song because of the offensive nature of the word "bandages". WTF?! - Sat, 29 Mar 2003 12:18am

Anonymous I don't think they should ban "Bombs over Baghdad" by Outkast. Seems like they should be increasing that song's rotation everywhere - Sat, 29 Mar 2003 8:27pm
