Brand X Media I've been considering putting together a weekly/monthly online radio station on the http://Brandxmedia.org web site. Local music, spoken word, sound montages, etc. I was wondering what you guys think, or have any suggestions as to what would be a good way to fill an solid hour...
Let me know what you think.

Ian That actually sounds like it may be a good idea if you could pull it off well and you have a good format. I'd check it out. - Tue, 31 Dec 2002 3:10pm

That's a great idea. With my experience attempting to launch a ShoutCast radio station, I think it's a good idea to pick a day and repeat the one hour programming over and over throughout that day. That way more people could catch up.

By the way, thanks for reviewing my album on your website. - Tue, 31 Dec 2002 10:49pm

(...please don't say metal) - Thu, 2 Jan 2003 4:23am
Brand X Media well, I like the enthusiasm, though I've got to be honest and tell you that I won't start the radio project for a while, at least until I have a good forum working on the site, but in case anybody has any comments, or wants more info let me know. - Thu, 2 Jan 2003 10:45am
George Just a little advice; Go for shoutcast. People are pretty impatient when it comes to having to download stuff, and winamp is a small program in contrast to Realplayer, quicktime, or any of the other ones out there. - Thu, 2 Jan 2003 11:24pm
