Corpse Fukker I-Bomb-A-Nation you need to lay off the Speed!

Victoria Mr.I-Bomb-A-Nation, 27, and guitarist for the critically acclaimed Gallows Pole, was charged Thursday with the murder of Autum Barnhart and sexually abusing her corpse, which was found outside his Gold Beach residence.

I-Bomb, who was indicted by the Grand Jury Tuesday, was officially charged with three counts of aggravated murder, three counts of murder, one count of first-degree attempted rape, one count of first-degree attempted sex abuse, two counts of first-degree abuse of a corpse, and one count of possession of the drug methamphetamine.

"The arraignment was simple and straight forward," said Curry County Deputy District Attorney Steven Gibbon, ( monkey man ) who handled the arraignment.

I-Bomb was arrested Nov. 26 at his house. The body of Barnhart, 21, of Charleston, was found outside his home, authorities said.

Authorities have not released the cause of Barnhard's death. (anal intrusion)

I-Bomb was initially charged with violating his probation by using methamphetamine. That charge has since been dismissed, Gibson said.

According to Curry County District Attorney Charles Steak, (nice name Charles ) aggravated murder is a felony punishable by death, life without parole, or life with a 30-year minimum.

Murder, Steak said, is a felony with a life sentence and a minimum sentence of 300 months under Measure 11.

First-degree abuse of a corpse occurs when a person engages in sexual activity with a dead body, he said.

I-Bomb, who grew up in Victoria, was known to police officers there, said Victoria Police Chief Bob Rector. (nice name Bob )

"Officers in the department knew him or knew of him from past contacts, but I wouldn't have categorized him as a constant troublemaker," Rector said.

"I-Bomb didn't have a history of violence. He did have a criminal history," he said.

Rector, who is on the steering committee for the Victoria Interagency Narcotics Team (SCINT), pointed out that methamphetamine has become the common denominator in most violent crimes in Esquimalt.

"Meth is becoming the mainstream drug of choice, he said. "It's scary to see the rising trend in meth use and the connection to violent crime." - Sun, 8 Dec 2002 4:10pm
